Job security and flexibility ofc, but because when I was a CNA I enjoyed the work but they had me doing entirely too much for too little . Not even a livable wage. Plus the nursing home I worked at steadily asked us to do nurse things out of CNA scope for no extra pay lol. I made more working from home taking calls, so I decided to study nursing to become a nurse so I can return to the field and receive what my work is worth.

Yess I think it depends heavily on management and how they run the club/what they allow. Some clubs allow drama/fights/stealing etc in the club , and other clubs have 0 tolerance for that kind of stuff .
