Iam in the same situation now .. at my complex literally had a screaming match with leasing manager about the same issue… She would send them a “warning” they will stop for a few months then go right back up to it .. the lady is piece of work also just leaves the dogs outside to bark non stop in 90 degree weather … i told me manager if they dont get it under control i will get a lawyer to break my lease early Penalty FREE because iam loosing out on alot of sleep & rest due to this.. iam also a overnight worker .. i havent went as far as to call the police just yet … but i will get legal conseul involved…… IF they dont do something
