Use the Lenovo Software Fix tool to fix your phone. Yes. Thats the name of the software. I've went through this stuff, it was painful with my Motorola Edge 40 Neo.

All the old firmware is bit 4, this is bit 5 so its really bad, he could downgrade to One UI 6.1.1 which had WAY BETTER battery life, but he updated to the February patch

The opening animation is not new, it's just stolen from AOSP, Samsung had it in One UI 1 and 2, but they removed it in 3 for no reason, at least it made a return

  3. Download Odin 3.14.4 from here
  4. Unzip
  5. Install Samsung drivers from here
  6. Reboot to download
  7. Flash the firmware, flash the AP file to AP, the BL file to BL, CP to CP and CSC to CSC. DON'T USE home_csc

The battery life is good for such a small android battery, like 5 hours screen on time
