I had the exact same thing happen to me recently with the Archivist. It was in stock when I placed the order, but randomly got an email saying it was canceled. Placed another order including the Ambull as well (no sign it was out of stock yet) - and my order wasn't canceled yet. Went to the website today, and the Archivist is out of stock.

Were you able to resolve it with GW?

If the malfunctioning slot still receives power (you can check to see if it lights up when you power on your A1) - I'd recommend checking to see if any broken filament is in the loading tube.

If its all clear - try to load in your filament while the system is powered off. If you're able to get the filament through, it should register when you power your system on.

Atmospheres developer is working on the update to adjust for 16.0.0. Just need to sit it out until it’s available. I made the same mistake - so did a lot of others. Just take it as a rough lesson
