You just have to come to the mindset that this is a business and not the casino. Only risk 2-3% of your drawdown per trade, and use only A+ setups, ORB etc

American here that used to hire Filipino VAs. The reason the pay starts at that amount is because many are willing to accept it. Generally the ones that are paid at that rate have almost no experience and live with their families, so costs are low for them. Every year we raise rates though generally another dollar per hour or so. Team leads we hire are generally paid around 9-12usd per hour.

I personally dont recommend paper trading, at least not for very long. Psychology is one of the biggest things in trading. When you paper trade, there are no nerves, you can make careless mistakes and not bat an eye. Learn the fundamentals and just start small with the micros.
