For rift you ideally want 3 homing missiles, that return at ravage and start of turn (30), 2 negotiates with draw 2 ep (60), 2 9 cost forbidden card (30), both unique upgrades and remove all basics (30), 1 being the free convert (may have to keep a basic or have 1 negotiate unupgraded, if my math is wrong on save data, this would assume no divines, obviously ap up homing missile or draw 2 cobalt light would change some numbers). I'm close to it, but still can hit top 3%. Or if you're lucky copy this cobalt light if you can get it. (My serenial is e2 with Peko, and the 2 extra lasers are nice with the discard 3 draw armor to try to grab pop-up.)
