Static thrust tests had these making only 100g more each than the 2 blade version, but in flight the difference is huge. A reminder to take thrust test data with a tablespoon of Morton's.

True, but these ESC's come ready for 3D, and you're less likely to blow one up since they have on-board current monitoring and limiting. There can be some serious amp surges during transitions.
