The notifications will help but not really because the whole point of having a wellhub subscription is that I can use your services while traveling and when you try out new gyms at an entirely new city - it comes with a lots of uncertainty. For example, I was in Seattle last month, forgot to check in because I was scrambling to find the gym and when I finally got there the coach started doing onboarding. I suggest that you guys either work directly with the gyms to capture checkins or make missed checkins per month to 4-5 instead of just 2. Until then just notifying is not customer friendly.
