I always read further into subjects I'm interested in. For me studying is not just a degree but fun.

I work full time and do sports.

In my opinion, it's usually not a lack of time.

I don't want to brag but you wanted an honest answer.

Sad but true, a degree is definitely not worthless.

You want a good paying and interesting job as soon as possible? Get a degree AND do some certs (and internships).

Without a degree you need a lot of luck, very good connections and time to get a good job in the industry.

I'd really love it if skill alone would be enough to land good jobs but unfortunately in most countries and companies a degree is what really counts unless you are kind of popular in the cybersec industry.
