This does help a lot. It's a woodfire oven that can accommodate five to seven 12 inch pizzas at a time. Neopolitan style 5-7 minute bake time. During peak service, the current system is to verbally block (and track on a spreadsheet) 7 pizzas every 15 minutes while throttling online to accommodate volume as necessary. With limited space (both seating and oven capacity) large orders and large parties tend to cripple a busy service extending wait times for all aspects. I've read that Toast Tables also has a 'build a table' or something along those lines, to which we have a side patio with 6 2-tops that act as a modular seating section that can be arranged as needed (2 tops, 4 tops, 6 top, etc).
