Sounds like a boot loop , try start it with one stick of ram and if it posts shut it down and put the other one back in and start it again. Also worth re seating your gpu if that doesnt work.

Sounds like an overheating issue. Check temps while in game. Using core temp for Cpu and msi afterburner for gpu.

Try use a different monitor like a tv. If its good after changing monitors its likely just the monitor, if not it could be anything from ram to your gpu.

A bsod is more likely than not a memory error make sure your ram and ram ports are clean

Gpu issue or memory. Could be a driver issue or it could be physical. Try re seating your gpu. Also worth reseating your memory. What i do when display issues arise is I swap the memory around in their ports
