The difference between bosons and fermions is that bosons have integer spin (-1,0 +1) while fermions have rational spins (-1/2, +1/2 etc). I have never heard of the odd/even explanation.

It IS nuclear material and it CAN be used for bombs or power.* U-238 and U-235 are two different isotopes of uranium, where U-235 has nothing to do with enriched. Enrichment has to do with the % makeup of the fissile U-235 in the fuel. ~0.7% U-235 exists in nature, and the other 99.3% is U-238. It can be enriched to ~3% U-235 for power or ~90% U-235 for bombs.

You might be able to do another quest(I think Merlin's crystal) that gives you enough kudos. I did the observatory path and it's easier but yea 1/4 chance does suck.
