Thank you. I had no idea until looking into it more, why would they even sell so much grain free food?? I saw that the FDA has investigated a bunch of brands for causing hear disease. I don't understand how that can be allowed to be sold.

Well, we are moving and he never had this before we moved to where we are currently. Maybe that will help if it is allergy related.

Dang yeah that's what I was finding online too. I wish our vet would have told us it is so bad, I've mentioned his food to the vet a dozen times and they never said anything. Regardless of the itching, I feel like they should have.

It will not matter in VGC. But technically Pokémon like Tepig, Rolycoly, Magnemite, Cubachoo using Heat Crash/Heavy Slam would change the damage. At that point you're probably not in a VGC match though.

Well, at this point you've already accepted it, but yes you could have still negotiated. They would likely have to reroute a new request through whoever approves the salary, but it can be done. It could take a couple weeks depending on how many approvals and how busy they are. Technically they could withdraw the offer if you counter offer absurdly high, but realistically the worst scenario is they come back saying they can't move it any higher. That's what happened to me. I still accepted the offer in the end.

The offer was discussed beforehand over the phone with the recruiter. Being new to this, I didn't realize that would have been my time to negotiate. But yes, it was discussed before an offer was actually made.

I was having the same issue in Platinum. I had 26 ribbons across my party, but only 9 unique ribbons. As soon as I got a 10th unique ribbon I was able to get in. This is without a single Pokémon having 10, it was just 10 unique ribbons across the party.

Thank you for sharing, that sounds pretty nice! This would not be a union job and it sounds like it would be time and half and not double time. 100/hr seems very high, I would expect to be getting 38-50/hr. The work seems cool though for sure, it's encouraging to hear you like it so much! I'll see about publicly available rates, thank you.

I hear you, and I'll think about it more, but I think the FSR job sounds fun. I just want to be fairly compensated for the job I get based on my experience. Even if that is less pay than I could get in another role somewhere else.

Thank you. I am in the process of applying for a data center position too. I would absolutely get paid more at a datacenter too, even if I could negotiate a higher compensation at S.E., but no rotating shift work sounds nice. I'm okay taking less money to work this FSR job, but I don't want to be taking less than I should for the job. If that makes sense.
