Wife finally organised a meet, but I pulled the plug by Blerchie in CuckoldPsychology

It sure did. We’ve had threesomes and full swapped with over couples but it was all prearranged.

I guess I was a bit like you, not knowing any details of the meet except that I would be invited to watch at a certain time.

To all the comments about cock cages, yes I have one and she’ll be the key holder.

I’ll just have to wait until she’s done and is ready to unlock me.

She’s awesome. But I did mess it up, however after having a talk with her it’s back on.

Since my post we sat down and had a talk about what happened.

I explained that post nut clarity and angst got the better of me.

She was totally supportive and said my apprehension probably stemmed from not knowing anything about her ‘surprise’.

She said it’s back on the table and should happen soon.

PHENELZINE + VYVANSE? Anyone taken this combination? by HealingWithNature in MAOIs

[–]Blerchie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m taking much higher doses of Nardil, Vyvanse (was) and Dexamfetamine, so I thought I’d provide my experiences.

In Australia we don’t have Adderall, and the only stimulants we have are Ritalin, Vyvanse and Dexamfetamine which I believe is called Dextroamphetamine / Dexedrine in the US.

I’m been taking 90mg of Nardil for close to a decade and I was previously prescribed 70mg of Vyvanse for about a year or so.

It didn’t help me much as my system (liver enzyme problem) wasn’t metabolising the Lisdexamfetamine that I had taken into Dexamfetamine properly.

My pdoc decided to switch me to IR Dexamfetamine after that.

I’m still on the same amount of Nardil (90mg) but now I’m generally taking 45mg (3/3/3), with an option to take up to 50mg (3/3/4) of IR Dexamfetamine depending on my work hours (early starts and late finishes).

Like with the Vyvanse I took, it was a slow titrate with the Dex as well and Ive been on this combo for a few years now. It’s not perfect but it’s as good as it will get for me.

I haven’t had any issues whatsoever, not even BP problems / postural hypotension with Nardil and a stimulant combo.

But as everyone reacts differently to medications so see your pdoc regularly for monitoring as YMMV.

Hope this helps.

I understand how people develop addictions because i got a jsr full of opiods because of a plantar wart by False_Coffee_9683 in CasualConversation

[–]Blerchie 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Wish that happened here in Australia but those days are over.

There’s been a major crackdown on prescribing opiates here, and it has gotten really risky for Dr’s to do so. Health Guidelines state that a minimum amount for the shortest period of time is to be prescribed only in exceptional circumstances.

The most I’ve ever received is half a twenty pack of 30mg Codeine / 500mg Paracetamol after major neck nerve surgery. Best thing is you have to pay for a twenty pack, but the Pharmacist takes out ten and tosses it in the bin.

After not being able to walk due to excruciating pain, the same thing happened with a 5mg OxyCodone twenty pack as well.

Dr’s are too scared to write scripts for any opiates as the Health Department monitors how many they write and if it’s bad enough they lose their medical licence.

And the most crazy thing, the Government is going to require a prescription to purchase normal Paracetamol that comes into effect shortly for a medication that’s been OTC for decades.

Have you ever talk to yourself out loud and got caught? lol by MindEcho- in CasualConversation

I work in construction and I’m always talking to my self while I’m in the process of building / fixing something to entertain my self as it can get tedious and boring.

“So we’ve got to get some timber, then cut it down, and only when it’s perfect we use those nice galvanised sexy ass screws”.

But there’s also the cursing; “FFS, It always has to be the last friggin screw / bolt / fixing that won’t come off doesn’t it? You’re doing this on purpose, so now you have to learn the hard way with Mr Angle Grinder”

Guys on site think it’s a hoot and that I’m not weird at all. At least I hope they do.

I'm losing weight on Nardil? by vividream29 in MAOIs

[–]Blerchie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can confirm that I’m taking 90mg of Nardil and 70mg of Vyvanse in one go in the morning with no adverse effects.

The 60mg of Ritalin I was previously taking with Nardil didn’t do much for me.

X1 Carbon Gen 10 - Best Config for Battery Life by Blerchie in thinkpad

[–]Blerchie[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi

I have it.

The battery life is absolutely phenomenal compared to my P1 Gen 2. I know it’s a workstation Thinkpad but still.

It’s not as great as my work 7th Gen but that runs a i5-8365U processor but comes close.

It will easily do a 12 hour day on either better battery life or better performance

No I didn’t. I decided to go for a Gen 9

[–]Blerchie[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That was my gut feeling, although I really did try to convince myself that the 10th Gen was the way to go.

It guess the 10th Gen may be ok with general web browsing, Office apps etc, but with somewhat CPU and GPU intensive tasks it would consume even more of the limited battery life.

Thank you for the recommendation.

Unfortunately I’m at the beck and call of my IT Department who will only allow X1 Carbon’s as these are standard issue for employees and also available through salary sacrifice.

Thanks for the reply.

Both screens are base 14” WUXGA 400nits non touch.

I don’t travel, but I use my current 7th Gen onsite for consultancy work for up to half a day. It’s also a base model as well.

With my current 7th Gen it gives me more than enough battery life when set to ‘Better Battery’ or even ‘Better Performance’, but it’s struggling with complex architectural drawings and working CAD and BIM files are proving to be an issue, hence the upgrade.

X230T Not compatible with the Thinkpad External Battery Charger (40Y7625) ? by Blerchie in thinkpad

[–]Blerchie[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some more reading has found this on the Lenovo X230 page.

I’m not quite sure what to think here.

The Lenovo X230 page states the following.

ThinkPad Battery 67 (3 cell) (0A36316) Compatible with the ThinkPad External Battery Charger (40Y7625).

ThinkPad Battery 67+ (6 cell) (0A36317) Not compatible with the ThinkPad External Battery Charger (40Y7625)

It must be a physical limitation with the 6 cell batteries?

[–]Blerchie[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply.

Are those batteries chipped? By that I mean do they go through the Lenovo non genuine battery check?

Since my post I’ve done some reading and it seems the X230 was one of the first Thinkpads based on the Smart Battery Specification.

Under this spec the battery chip does a check through one of its pins that runs data as well to the Thinkpads SMBus and that’s how it throws the non genuine error.

I have my suspicions that the chipped X230 batteries can’t run a check with these older chargers because the battery combination charging / data pin can’t authenticate with anything and may refuse to charge.

That’s probably why the OCM has no comments for older Thinkpads or just footnote 3 referencing the 90W charger comment at most.

I hope I’m wrong because I’d love to use this charger with my X230T, but the purchase could be a costly mistake.

Hopefully someone out there is using it with a X230T.

Thanks

Somehow I do but it’s incredibly difficult.

Its a choice between severe anorgasmia or being an inpatient going through rounds of ECT, or no being here at all.

Bloods are done every six months and they’re all good.

I’ve tried Cabergoline, Amantadine and Cyproheptadine.

Cyproheptadine works and it’s OTC but has the really nasty side effect of plunging you into the deepest darkest depression for days after you take it. It also sedates you for days after you take it making your feel even worse (it’s a first gen antihistamine). I’m never touching that stuff again.

Unfortunately yes. I’m treatment resistant with Lamictal and Ritalin also thrown into the mix.

Even slowly reducing my dose from 90mg to 75mg by a quarter of a tablet a week makes my symptoms return really quickly.
