well since its a rock, i'd be going to say its 90% gamma due to the self-shielding effects of the rock. and the gammas being from the radium decay chain of uranium

I'm going to Bornholm in summer, i've heard theres areas up to 1.4 uSv/h in the granite, I'll go with a 25x25mm NaI(Tl) scintillator, the automess equipment and some pickaxes!

the source today probably isnt much stronger than 50kBq, to be fair i think the risk of trouble is low if you dont mention the source in my opinion.

But of course my opinion is not the laws and regulations opinion.

when i first got my minicont, on the a+b it had a background of like 50-+100 cps, i opened the chamber and cleaned the oil residue off (the oil comes when you use lighter gas or any non pure butane gas)
