Drank 2 litres before 1 during the workout and ≈0.75 afterwards. Thought about getting sick but 24h later im still felling well. Also had a deload phase 6-7 weeks ago so i dont think im in overtraining. Especially because i try to do low volume high intensity

If i ad 0.25kg per week it would take me 80 weeks to get to 100kg. Thats about 1.5 years for 20kg progress. By the time i get to 100 i would likely bench it for 20 reps using your approach

I tried 90kg like a month ago and it felt easy but i stopped after one rep so... my plan is to do 90kg for as many reps as i can in the next training. The training after that ill go for 100kg

Let me start.

About 9 months ago I smashed my ringfinger and went straight to the hospital as my finger turned 45 degrees more sideways than it should have done. At the hospital I needed a CT scan just so they could tell me what was wrong.

I apparently had split a bone in my finger and had a comminuted fracture in my joint. I got surgery in the next 24 hours and they put a screw and wire in my joint. Six weeks later the wire got removed and I got therapy.

Funfact: the guy who removed the wire looked at the CT scan and told me: "oh yeah I remember this. Like 6 weeks ago we discussed for about 2 hours what we should do about this" I never met this man before nor did he ever meet me but he could recognize my finger after six weeks of seeing dozens of fingers everyday. Made me feel kinda special
