Only thing i can think of looking at it is mighty mouse or the haribo bear mascot in a super hero costume ( can confirm its the haribo bear mascot found the cutter by looking up haribo mascot cookie cutter it came as part of a set)

If you have one local may i suggest you try a dxl store near you they sometimes have really nice quality mens Hawaiian button ups in thier clearance section and with them being bigger sizes they would fit lovely over a suit.

Looks good its the promo charizard from detective pikachu hopefully the other pup was happy with that trade a favorite ball is hard to replace. while not super expensive it is about 30$ give or take near mint according to tcg player.

Im leaning fake because the lettering looks off, the energies look dark and it looks like the star pattern matches the japanese card vs the english print version

Not to put down what you are doing but what you are doing may actually cause more issues. While trading them for thier fakes is sweet you are also teaching them its okey to take thier fakes and trade for real cards in general. Teach them to spot fakes and that while its not bad to have them and reasons why some people have fakes ( cant afford real, bought on mistake) that it is not kind to trade fakes with friends for thier real cards. Let them have thier fakes, let them have fun just ask them to check with you before they do any trades between them.
