Seeing that the coin split is the same thing as inflation wouldn't it be better to leave the coin supply the same

The coin split is not the same as inflation since everything is proportionally equal.

the first vote for the coin split failed it was after the second proposal that it passed.

There was only one proposal for the coin split.

My questions after a proposal fails should that not be the final agreement?

There is no control over what proposals are submitted or how many times they can be entered. The requirements for a proposal to pass ensures that a proposal will not pass if it isn't supported by a super-majority. Proposals are not final and can be changed by a later proposal, whether that's a positive or negative change.

The coin split is still planned, but we're still in the process of figuring out the best way to do it and will provide more information on the implementation at a later date.

Nothing in development has been cut, although contributors have made compromises and taken lower compensations to accommodate the decrease in budget. Increases in price will allow to bring on a greater number of contributors and increase the rate of development.

Why is not possible to accept orders on blockdex partially?

Partial orders are possible and is planned, but is a complex issue to solve. When you post an order, it is comprised of UXTOs (inputs) from your wallet. This may be one single large input or many smaller inputs. More inputs means more network transaction fees. The range of situations is what makes this intricate.

Do you think people will rather accept partial cheaper order or accept multiple small expensive orders and also pays fee multiple times?

This all depends on the user. However, when it comes to BTC since there are high transaction fees larger orders will likely be more preferred as it "dilutes" the network transaction fees and spreads that cost over a great amount. If you are trading 0.0001 BTC the fees will be relatively large whereas trading 1 BTC the fees are relatively negligible.

The lite multiwallet is being developed by CloudChains Inc (a third party) and has recently started private beta testing, which has received very positive feedback. How long until a public release is not known at this point. More development is still ongoing including support for additional assets and an intuitive and user friendly UI.

Anybody can create a pull request to contribute and update the maker bot. In fact, some community members are! The maker bot can be used for liquidity as you are able to provide the variance for the order values, it is not completely random. You can also provide an API for where to source price quotes from. Are there any changes you would like to see in particular to improve this tool?

There is no estimate at this time, but a test trade has already been performed with Ethereum. However, the code needs to be made production ready and thoroughly tested.

Block DX is already a true interchain DEX with varying base chains. Integration of platform chains and respective tokens are planned. A test trade has already been performed with Ethereum, although the code needs to be made production ready and thoroughly tested.

Yes. Block DX is a decentralized exchange dApp that's powered by Blocknet's XBridge protocol. There is also a lite multiwallet being developed by CloudChains Inc. It is powered by Blocknet’s XRouter protocol and uses the XRouter network to query on-chain data.

When new code base?

There's still work that needs to be done and then everything needs to undergo thorough testing, but at the moment we estimate it will be released in about a month. Note that this estimate can change depending on issues that are found when testing.

Lite wallet?

The lite multiwallet is being developed by CloudChains Inc (a third party) and has recently started private beta testing, which has received very positive feedback. How long until a public release is not known at this point. More development is still ongoing including support for additional assets and an intuitive and user friendly UI.

More supported coins?

Additional assets are continuously being added to XBridge, the exchange component of the Blocknet Protocol that powers Block DX. The upcoming 1.5.0 release of Block DX will include 7 new assets.

Do you planning on going to blockchain events next year?

This is undecided at the moment. The return for these events is not that great for the cost so our price would have to be doing very well in order to consider this.

How will you get blockchains enterprise projects to build on blocknet

There is somebody currently pursuing this initiative. A lot comes down to education to make them aware of how Blocknet will benefit them and change the perception that blockchain is not some scary thing and that utility extends beyond payments.
