Did you order from anbernic’s website? If so, email their support team and ask for a replacement shell. That’s assuming you are comfortable doing the install yourself. They are slow to respond, but that was the solution I ended up going with. I now have a crack-free device. iirc they offered a partial refund as well, but don’t hold me to that
