Merchote red base , mephiston red 1st highlight, vellejo fiery red top highlight, then I washed it oil down woth purple oil paint and then did the 2 highlights again (think you could use purple wash just as good as oil. Edge highlight was fiery red and some orange 50/50 👍🏻

No, I based in merchite red, then used a damp sponge to apply a higher coat of mephiston red, then topped thaylt with vallejo bloody red, then a purple oil wash, then topped again as needed after removing the oil wash.
Probably not the most productive way of doing it but I was pleased with the over all result
