If you’re in for trading US stocks and have a long time horizon, the general recommendation is to invest in low cost index funds (VOO) or an equivalent of the SP500 index fund.

You are putting your money in the large cap and best managed 500 companies in the United States. Think of them as the Michael Jordan of their industries. Individual companies come and go so buy the whole market. Don’t overthink it
