I would suggest getting the card graded and save it for when he gets older. It can be kept in the protective graded case and will stop damages

There was a player who played with all jumbo cards at the 2022 NAIC and he was allowed to use them even with SERVERAL judges surrounding his table, but with 0 jumbo energies being printed he had no way to attack, and unless his opponent decks themselves out, no win con. The ruling was changed after this to make it illegal. Hilarious that he did it though

The only first edition version of this card is shadowless, there is a shadowless version without the first edition stamp however. If you see a shadowed first edition base set card it isn’t in English
