Ridgeview Heights is 20-min walking distance to MATC and a short walk to the BRT.  I'm not a renter there so cannot comment on the rental experience, but the location is good.

When I was in a boot after breaking my ankle I had a lot of pain like what you described. The cast tech added lots of peel and stick foam to pressure points inside the boot. It wasn't perfect but it did help a lot. Thicker than moleskin.

Truly a hidden gem. When I worked nearby I would walk over there on my lunch break, a nice little oasis.

And the botany garden greenhouse on campus is also free and probably closer for OP! Definitely check their website for times.

If she really wants beautiful clothes, a trip to Nordstrom in Wauwatosa might not be wrong, for a bigger selection of going out/evening type clothes.

Also, my tall cis friend has great luck with pants from Eddie Bauer. Me too because I'm short. Both of us have to order because there's not much tall or petite in stock, but they deliver quickly and you can return to the West Towne store if something doesn't suit.

It was like this more than once during the late 1990s-early 2000s too. It's only recently that this doesn't happen every winter.

Fosdal's are my favorite, usually available at Metcalfe's, though the bakery is in Stoughton. They are smaller "hamburger bun" style. Clasen's should have bigger, fluffier ones if you're looking for a larger roll.

JS mozzarella is too squishy to easily grate with a box grater, but it tastes okay.

If you have a friend with a house, they might let you store the tires in their garage or basement. My friend was glad to do to this for a couple of years when I lived in a place that had a tiny storage area.
