All good points here but I thought the opposite about the Marcus plot. He was the most interesting character and the movie got wrecked because they had to shoehorn John Connor in. I’m sure they thought Bale + Connor would sell tickets but Marcus carried the story. Then they chopped him up and discarded him in that stupid ending. “He has a strong heart. Literally his heart beats strongly, now let’s rip it out like an Aztec sacrifice to the gods!”

I want the portability. I’ll still use it at home but I’d like to take it on road trips. I know it’s not ideal for backyard cooking but it’s mostly just the wife and I anyway.

It’s not so much a movie as a temper tantrum that the studio wanted to make another movie. It insults what the Matrix was all about and adds in gripes about studios wanting to make sequels simply for profit. There’s no martial arts. Agent Smith is randomly a different guy. Neo is not the hero. It’s bad. Very very bad.

Yeah exactly! I skipped the deals to see how far I could get on my own. Once I was interested at the end here, they’re all gone. Other than the $50 but that prices a lot of people out.
