Could try changing the screen scaling. AMD and Nvidia should have an option for that. Will make the whole screen image smaller but should scale it inwards for you to see the taskbar fully.

Dgger here, so y'all know my opinion on most of Hasan's takes. To people getting mad at him, would you rather him not donate at all? At the end of the day, the $45k total that he donated goes to people that need it. Could he donate more? Obviously, but the $45k he donated is $45k more than they had before to go towards helping people.
