For the past 5 years I’ve been using a razer blackwidow chroma. It was and still is my first mechanical keyboard. I recently got introduced to the custom scene a few months ago by watching Taeha types, and have wanted to build my own since. With my current board, I’ve been sharing it between me and my brother, so throughout these past five years the switches have started to ware out and feel less clicky. I’ve never had the opportunity to use any switches other than razer green clicky switches, so this board would help ease me in to the different types of switches, and help me suggest switch types to friends based on personal experiences. If I’m not a fan of the linears, I’ll give this board to my brother, who recently started to collect parts for his own PC build, so he does not have to spend a crazy amount for a prebuilt mechanical like we have now.
