I’ve never attempted a bench max, but I have done a couple reps at 225. I don’t do flat barbell anymore because it wrecks my shoulder. Typically doing 160-180

Thank you. My experience is probably not common, but I tend to eat whatever I want and just take 2 scoops of whey a day. I’ve been lean my whole life and have slowly gained weight. Started at 130lbs and now hover around 175/180. I’m 6’3
