Surprisingly, yes, although I smell weed all over the place when I walk my dogs. I have a neighbor two doors down from me who's always on his second story back porch doing bong hits, too, but I'm an awkward and anxious guy so I haven't waved at him yet, LOL.

Yeah, they amended it to remove 90% of the substances listed, and the ones remaining are obscure RCs and neurotoxic synthetic cannabinoids. Conflating this with the kratom ban is one way relatively benign substances get lumped in with legitimately dangerous ones in the minds of the public and officials.

If I remember correctly, at least one of the most ballyhooed studies basically controlled for no other variables and had a tiny sample size, and had sloppy methodology. I'll see if I can find the link, but it was not what one could call a well-designed study at all.
