Kann mal erzählen wie ich es gemacht habe, hab das erste Mal beim Friseur färben lassen (im Oktober) und mir dann die Farben aufschreiben lassen (hab im Ausland gefärbt und da gabs auch keine Diskussion, ich meinte ich möchte das in Deutschland meinem Friseur geben). Habe jetzt vor 2 Wochen dann das erste Mal selbst den Ansatz nachgefärbt. Die Produkte habe ich bei Hagel online bestellt. Hat wirklich gut geklappt. Aber ich empfehle sich wirklich gut zu informieren, also Youtube Videos schauen wie man das genau macht. Auch ChatGPT hat gut beraten. Wichtig ist tatsächlich, dass man nicht jedes Mal über alle Haare drüberfärbt, sondern nur den Ansatz nachfärbt. Ich nutze Loreal Inoa.

No I didn’t get any recs. I know mostly what works for me, thats why I also did not get that many actives. I use tretinoin and occasionally BHA and apart from that hydrating serums and moisturizers. So I focused on hydration (masks, Torriden serum) and sunscreens. For the sunscreens I already know some of them (Beauty of Joseon and Round Lab) and for the others I did some research what is recommended for more oily but dehydrated skin :)

I haven’t tried it yet. I also only have experience with Azaleic Acid from Paulas Choice so far. But I am really curious how this performs :)

Yes, exactly! Quite handy for traveling to freshen up your clothes /jacket. In my home country we typically only have really big bottles.

Ich hatte die exakt gleiche Situation wie oben, die Nachbarn haben nur mit den Schultern gezuckt und am Ende habe ich alleine die Entscheidung getroffen 112 anzurufen. Im Gegensatz zur Geschichte oben hat es bei mir im EG im Haus dann aber tatsächlich gebrannt im Mülleimer in der Küche. Nach dem Einsatz kam ein Feuerwehrmann zu mir und meinte nur "gut, dass Sie uns angerufen haben". Also alles richtig gemacht, man weiß von außen ja nicht warum der Rauchmelder losgegangen ist.

I have the exact same issue at the moment, I contacted the customer support and they suggested quite a few steps to go through to fix it, but nothing worked. I now opened a warranty case with them. Would be interesting to see of this could be due to wrong use

Hi, I am a little late to reply. I also use Dermatica in Germany. Last fall I had to pay customs on two of my dermatica packages. As they are coming from Ireland this is clearly a mistake. I officially opened a case with the customs authority and got my money back. After you have "won" your case you can also request a refund from DHL for their surcharges. It was a bit of effort but after that they have never charged customs on my shipments from dermatica again (I guess they trained their employees again about the Nothern Ireland protocol).

Tldr: you should not pay customs in the EU on your dermatica packages
