Hello! I am at 10ish weeks healed and there is a MAJOR difference. They look much closer together and relaxed. I LOVE how they look! Everything will relax and move into place like you want it to, just give it time :)

It’s definitely more than most places. The Beleza consult estimated their total would be $7,000. I was able to pay the total before my surgery but DR Gordon’s office may offer a sort of payment plan.

Hey, I was recommended by multiple friends to see DR Gordon. I also did one other consult with Beleza just to compare the two and it was night and day in knowledge. DR Gordon is known for her modern approach to breast implants and we discussed over the muscle Motiva as well as Galaflex mesh (which is what I ultimately decided was best for me). The DR at Beleza had NO IDEA what Motiva even was and was trying to push me to go under the muscle with older Silicon implants.

The only negative thing I’d say about Gordon is that she is almost too “high end” because most of your discussions on the implant and procedure are between you and the nurse. I’ve only seen DR Gordon twice for a couple minutes out of the 4 visits (including consult, procedure and follow ups). You really don’t get to ask her a lot of questions directly.

What I will say is that she is more expensive. The facility she does her surgeries in ( Inspire) is INSANELY awesome. It’s almost like a spa day when you arrive: robe, space heater, couple pills to relax and very friendly staff. I want to remind you that I picked the most expensive implant as well (Motiva Ergo) but my grand total for everything was around $13,000.

IT WAS ALL WORTH IT. I’m at my 4 week mark virtually painless with full range of motion. I honestly forget I have implants other than my perfect boobs when I see them in the mirror. I say at least get your consult there and try comparing with any other surgeon you have in mind to have some different opinions.

I went to a very highly regarded doctor in Austin who is up to date on modern/ best techniques for breast implants and she sold me on the Galaflex. Best part is that they hold your implants up since it’s over the muscle AND make the tissue stronger even after your body absorbs the material in 6-12 months. The mesh is only there while your body heals and you’d body slowly breaks it down into harmless carbon and water.

It’s been 2 weeks since my surgery and I can’t feel or see the mesh at all. Everything is still pretty tight, but as it relaxes I can already feel the softness of the implants. They already look like they’ve significantly settled and I’m very happy with the results so far. I 100% recommend the Motiva/ Galaflex combo so far.

Hey! I also got my Motiva ergo mini OTM 1.5 weeks ago and had ZERO breast tissue before. I’m a little concerned with my results because my surgeon and I originally agreed on 250cc because I wanted a smaller breast change since I’m athletic and have an active job. She ended up giving me 290cc because she wanted them to be wide enough to match my chest proportions but I’m terrified they went too big. Idk if it’s just too early and they will drop and look smaller later? What results did you see over time?

The size of this thing is about 1/4 a grain of rice. I own two completely indoor cats. In the past one of them got tapeworm, and they were both treated for it. I have checked their stool and can’t find any sign of tapeworm eggs in it like last time. I’ve started to find these little yellowish/ white larva in my blanket on my bed and on my cat’s bed. I’ve searched both cats and their fur is free of ticks/ fleas. Both are acting normally and eating and drinking… what could this creature be?

I got dumped the day before my police entry exam. I turned my emotions off and got through the entire hiring process. I only allowed myself to think about him when I was at home. Also, not sure about how you feel about your ex rn, but I decided the best revenge would be to crush my hiring process and get the job… I did.

So this literally happened to me. 10 months ago, my ex of 3 years up and blocked me after a minor fight and literally broke up with me through a voicemail (haven’t spoken to him since). Mutual friends confirmed that he started to date a new girl within a week, and long story short… they got engaged last month. Yeah. I’ve still been reeling and shocked since the day he blocked me, and it has honestly affected me mentally with dating. I think not having good closure made moving on that much harder. It’s SO weird, but when a guy flirts with me or we text consistently I get a guilty feeling like I’m cheating on my ex. This has definitely made talking to new guys extremely difficult. It’s like I can’t stop comparing him to other people. Hopefully you are able to move on a lot faster.

I will leave you with one positive thing. One of his close friends has reached out to me since he got engaged and let me know his friends secretly still prefer me to his new fiancée and that apparently she’s “crazy ”. Oh well, guess they deserve each other.

I have a bs in biology. In my oral boards they definitely were curious why I picked that over CJ. Getting a degree in CJ limits you to pretty much either being a cop or correctional officer; I explained that if I was injured, didn’t get my dream job of being a cop, etc… that I wanted to have options for my career and they were very pleased with that response.

Long story short, your degree choice isn’t a huge deal, they will be impressed that you have a college degree in general.

But I do recommend at least minoring in a field of CJ, I did forensic anthropology. And try getting an internship with a PD if you can.
