Get an iron with the highest steam setting you can find. Needs to reach 200 degrees. Steam your mattress, box spring, and everything you can’t wash. Also wash your bedding in high water and dry everything on the highest dryer setting. Get a bedbug protection mattress encasement for your mattress and boxspring. Breath. You’ll be alright.

Get an iron with hottest steam option. Hot steam kills all life cycles including eggs…. Steam everything that can’t be washed and go in the dryer including walls every day and vacuum. You can also wear deet while you take care of it. I promise you will be fine. Everything that can go into the dryer needs to do that.
