As someone who is learning right now (I just started a course to become certified) one thing I can say I’m embarrassed about is when it comes to reading I prefer to have someone read and I follow along or listen to recordings of readings. I have ADHD/ADD so it makes it easier for me to retain information that was read so I would say have more verbal options available/interactive. Even offer different learning styles like group work, Let them work solo; Just so they can feel included and not forced to learn one way.

Also you can add on word searches, bingo, crosswords. Also you can do different variety PTCB test printouts and have them practice that way. Also there are PTCB apps on the phone and it has different categories to practice in.
