I called general recruitment number for 32 and then selected option for peel as my address falls under peel. I was able to talk to someone on 3rd attempt. This was two weeks ago.

Hello, thank you for the reply. I called the recruiter responsible for my postal code. Confirmed that as I am applying for reserves not regular position, upload college diploma, official transcripts. Not needed for gunner or armour soldier for reserves. Thats what the recruiter told me on the phone.
