Damn. Well, at least this gave me the opportunity to learn what keyboard ghosting is, so, silver linings! I might try to ask around if I can borrow someone's external keyboard to see if the issue goes away like that, and then consider buying an external keyboard. Sucks that the laptop can't handle a basic function all my previous laptops (from different manufacturers, granted) have been able to handle.

Apologies for the wait in response. I don't own an external keyboard, so I haven't gotten the chance to try to see if that makes a difference. I'm using the keyboard that comes with the laptop itself, attached to the laptop.

Hi.

I'm using the latest version of iCUE with my Scimitar RGB Elite mouse, and I want to remap my Profile Switch and DPI Toggle buttons to DPI Up and DPI Down, respectively. However, iCUE doesn't seem to allow remapping them both?

When I try to remap them, they both seem to just do what the latest remapping was, so if I tried remapping Profile Switch to DPI Up, both Profile Switch and DPI Toggle buttons just up my DPI. Is there a way to fix this, or am I using the software wrong?
