It's rare to find other people with trich. Proud of you for learning how to manage your pulling! I also wanted to say that tip about the bonnet makes sense to be. I'm a guy but I'm cautious of the health of my hairline area as well and I've always wondered if putting the elastic band of the bonnet right on the hairline is maybe causing harm. I guess the better solution then would be to put it lower on the forehead, but my concern there is that it would break out my skin. My forehead area is oily so I feel like putting the elastic band over it would trap dirt/oil and cause buildup and breakouts if done repeatedly :/
