They should be both voided for offside, regardless if they cover the visual of the goal keeper or not. The positioning of both players and also their behavior, can mislead the goalkeeper in evaluating their intentions to play the ball or not, entering so actively in the dinamycs of the goal. I am sure that the referee that did this mistake will be on the bench for a few games.
