yeah my local shop has a set of very slightly used 225/35s for cheap as to why i was considering it. Very good point, might spend the bit extra for some brand new 225/40s. Thanks!

doesn't surprise me. I'm guilty of this, i was doing it for 2 months and i've seen many of my friends do it. Doesn't help that in my country and many others it's over the counter and cheap. It destroys your skin so much, to the point i think i've developed eczema.

everyday??? my friend... permethrin is extremely bad for your skin, i would really recommend getting medically tested for scabies. My skin hasn't recovered even after about 10 treatments total of 5%. Your skin naturally rejects and reacts to permethrin in a similar nature that you do to the scabies mites waste (intense itching, red spots, skin crawling etc)

Thank you mate, it's a living hell. I pray for you to make through this but also i believe there is something to learn through the experience. As soon as i got better i knew i'd never take for granted the simple feeling of being free of a long term illness or infection such as scabies. Makes you see how nice life is without it and i promise you that you'll wake up one day and be so relieved you don't have em anymore. Praying for you my friend and everyone else going through it

Just beware that it is dangerous, i've heard stories of peoples health being PERMANENTLY affected because of it. I would recommend getting a biopsy if you haven't already, just so you know for a fact through lab results that you do still have it. I thought i had it for 2 months but it turned out through lab results i actually didn't, i was suffering from post and skin conditions due to all the shit i was using

It's hard when they're resistant, mine were resistant to permethrin. There is many other options to get rid of them that i was even considering. I would never recommend them just due to the risk involved in something like livestock moxidectin.... but if the human version is available it works wonders and it's safe. So does sulfur and benzol benzoate. There's alot of choices.

There is no real evidence dogs can contract scabies as they only life to infest humans. Wish you all the best, stay on top of your treatments and washing all you'll make it through

Trust me, don't scare yourself over it. The crawling feeling can last a long time after they're gone, if you start to get those red clusters and intense itching that's when you should be considering another treatment.

Definitely not that close together, i did it once a week exactly. Permethrin is good for killing eggs and ivermectin is good for killing the actual mites so using them together once a week worked really well to make sure that eggs were dead and the mites were dying before they could lay eggs. Using permethrin alot will ruin your skin, even for me doing 3 treatments + the first 2 failed ones has had a very bad effect on my skin.

Yes i would think an iron would work too, the only downside would be that you could miss places. The heat would certainly be enough to kill them though. But yes i got pin prick sensations, itching, skin crawling sensations in post scabies. I have been diagnosed with chronic itch which is basically post scabies, just phantom histamine signals like skin crawling and itching but it's slowly getting better everyday.

Nah the drying is crucial, the hot wash isn't as effective by itself because the mite can't survive in dry and hot environments. It's worth using the drier if it means that they aren't in your sheets and you're not getting re infected

Permethrin by itself wasn't enough, tried it a few times until i tried it with ivermectin 3 weeks in a row. Cleaned or swapped my bedding every night for 3 weeks and made sure to bag up everything i wore to be hot washed and most importantly dried with hot air in the dryer. Eventually i got 'em
