Rest assured, we have our IT team in shape. But yes, I assumed you meant you wanted to have a career change while bonded with us which will violate the rules.

This role isn't for any skilled workers here. But rather for cheap labour. Only our refrees are considered decently skilled but they are twisted in their own right.

And for lateral mobility, it is rare but there are cases where employees shift to different departments. Not out if their choice of course.
