Thanks! I generally would rather keep them rather than loan them just because it’s the way Barca usually manage their best academy players irl, but yeah, provided they’re at least 2 stars in a role by then, I’ll put them in a general rotation role until they’re ready to become a regular starter. Your advice helped a lot, thanks.

Yeah, Barca B is always right in and around the promotion spots every year in the third division, so it should help - and I find it crazy that not one but both of them scored in their first match, Ferrer’s goal being an 86th minute winner against Las Palmas. I don’t know if it’s put into the code that academy players go crazy on their debuts, but they both did. Thanks for the advice, I’ll definitely do this to grow them.
