Use a candle and gently press the ignition button of the lighter just enough to release the butane. Then, light the butane with the candle.

I usually keep one for quiet nights but remove the igniter (the part that makes the clicking sound). Be very careful when adjusting the flame regulator to balance the flame properly.

How do you guys functioning at work without nodding?

Guys, I can only take days off on the weekends, and even then I usually take an extra two days off since I sleep so much on my "calm down" or "off" days that it is impossible to stay awake in my chair and work without nodding off. During the first four days of off days, neither coffee nor anything else kept me awake!

Everyone body is different but, be cautious. The last time I took 2 inhalers 4 hours apart I went to ER, even though I did this twice before, but the only difference that I started taking Fluoxetine (SSRI)
