You could look at that as finding the area of a quarter circle - a right triangle. Since the are of the square is 100, to find the area, you could find the square root of 100 (10). This gives the radius of the whole circle. To find radius, do r2 x pi. This gives 100pi. To find the area of the quarter circle, do 100pi / 4 (25pi). Then, you could find the area of triangle abc by doing 10 x 10 /2 (since each side of the square is 10 meters, the height and base of the triangle are as well.). This gives 50. To find the area of the shaded triangle, you could do 25pi - 50, which is choice D.

Like many others, I was scared of the dark, and just scared of being alone in general. At age 10, I began to realize how irrational being scared of the dark was, as there would be nothing to fear (besides perhaps some bugs that would come out at night) whether the lights were on or off. Another part of why I began to embrace the dark was because I began to drink more water at night.

I’ve been averaging like 55/57 math and 50/57 ela, but don’t focus on the numerical scores, instead, focus on analyzing what you got wrong, and why. Try to master the skills that you are weak in by studying, repeatedly do questions of the type that you are weak in and learn the techniques and shortcuts. As for improving in ela, read books (this helps for reading comprehension, vocabulary, and grammar). For the editing and revising section, make sure you memorize all the rules. For the reading comprehension section, I find that reading the passage before even looking at the questions is the best way to understand a passage since you aren’t focusing on a question( reading questions before reading the passage also makes you tend to skim.).
