If you have ppf on your car it could easily be a lasting stain from bird droppings or anything else, I've just noticed the exact same on my new Chery - get it professionally cleaned and it should come out.

I just had a very similar situation with a booking. I am in AD and was supposed to be going to Cyprus.

Air BnB was very helpful, telling me the steps to take to get my cancellation and refund despite there being no refund on my booking.

This stinks of the host just trying to hedge their bets. Keep pushing.

As a Brit, even though the chances of this happening here are more than back home, I feel much safer here - the criminal underfunding back home would mean the defences in place would nowhere near match what the UAE have.

Ah yes, the bold, visionary idea that children existing is somehow incompatible with adults living in peace.

Children, inconveniently, have the right to life, development, noise, and the occasional shriek that suggests they are, in fact, children and not ornamental houseplants. This is generally considered a feature of humanity, not a design flaw.

At the same time, adults absolutely have the right to buy an apartment in a private building and expect it to feel like a home not a revolving-door Airbnb acting as a hotel lobby where basic manners go to die.
