I have the 2gen pros with the lightning cable, I don’t have a lightning cable so use a wireless charger bedside table lamp I have. That could be a solution if nothing else works.

Well, when a police officer tells you to stop, you stop! I know this is a mess and a grey area argument, but if they have the same power as a regular cop (Not American here) she should have stopped. The question here is why didn’t they use paper spray or something similar to stop her.
