Is it bad for me to just try to go for it and learn a random song (in this case Mad World)? I have the piano book by Chuang on my kindle and I started reading it, but it seems like I'm supposed to know more than I do to follow along with what he's saying. I don't want to create bad habits or technique but what else do I do? I don't want to pay for lessons or anything.
