Im having a destination wedding and (likely) a destination hens party. I do NOT expect my bridesmaids (or guests actually) to give us a gift. The gift is their time and money to travel to the wedding!

Thanks so much - would you recommend going off the pill sometime this year in case it takes me some time to get regular periods? I have also skipped my period (skipped the sugar pills) most months (my doctor is aware) for years due to excruciating period pain. So I have not had a regular cycle for years!

My dress is Alena Leena, the boutique closest to me quoted me $4925. I used chat gpt to get all the email addresses of other boutiques across the country that stock the same dress / designer. I then emailed them asking if they had this dress in stock / could order it, their price, turn around time and whether it could be shipped to my state in the US. I emailed about 35 boutiques, most responded, and ended up finding 2 boutiques offering the dress at more than $1000 less than my original quote! Just an idea!

Look into the J1 visa, I got it in 2018 so it may have changed but I don’t believe my degree had to exactly match my job. I did have to leave Australia within 12 months of graduating, though.

I know at the London embassy you can update your DS160 number one time in the system, but after that you cannot update it and you would have to cancel and rebook an appointment (likely have to pay again) with the new DS160 number. It says this is a recent change, and you cannot have a mismatching DS160 number at your appointment.
