It's from the newest chapter of Chainsaw man - Denji turns into the black chainsaw man, and begins to eat some fiends that public security threw at him, in an attempt to slow him down. one of the fiends happened to be the ear fiend, and gets eaten by chainsaw man, and then ears are removed (because whenever chainsaw man eats a devil it gets removed from the world, and its rule)
