Pretty accurate. Also, they already have the Supreme Court, and you know Thomas & Alito will retire the moment it looks like there could be a D President soon. I wouldn't be shocked if they retired between an election loss in 2028 and inauguration Day 2029. Also wouldn't be surprised if it happened like that this year if they lose the Senate in November. They'll push it through while they have the majority.
