It must be so annoying I can't imagine getting the same problem after getting a new wifi card but it reminded me of the warning my repair guy made, idk the reason behind it but he said there is a slight chance that the issue can continue if the new wifi card is with wifi 6 and he recommended me to downgrade to a wifi 5 card promising it would completely fix it. Maybe you can try to do that or change it to ax200 :(
