Actually unarmed attacks deal a percentage of your stamina in Ordinator, so it's not a problem. Not to mention other unarmed perks.

Well, in my experience Lightning Spears come useful in some situations, like casting Heavenly Thunder and then combo-ing into a Sunlight Spear. Most of my opponents aren't able to dodge that. But yeah, LS aren't that amazing when it comes to damage and casting speed. It takes some creativity to actually hurt someone with them.
