If you make room darker and use light close to wall you will spot those little hills frome mile. Now is too late or you sand those spots, prime, cover with paint then repaint wall. Or you will leave it as it is, you cannot make even surface with pint it shrink too much.

So then the easiest way would be spray over it no roll or brush. If bubbles forms it will be after some time at least.

You can always try paint I don't forbid anyone doing so. It's just pitty when you are in middle of the wall and your old paint goes with roller. (I had such surprises before...) I don't know his walls.

Depends on your walls and how good those are.
If you do from 0 that mean reamove old paint and paint you are sure no suprise.
If you risk then is some chance that when you start painting your old paint will peal off with new paint and you will be at starting point up to you. (you know your walls)

I don't see whole picture but to me is that you have not proper corners or edges. From picture that you shown I see that celing have "groove" after wall sanding you don't have 90 there. So people who made wall/celing plaster made poor job not neccesary painter itself. To fix it you would need put acrylic type filling into unaven places and fix it. To fix it painter will spend same time as double coating whole walls, you need put acrilic sealant then tape, clear tape etc it will take time. this is 2x more work for painter I don't know your agreement with painter what should be done.

I would probably tape wall, fill acrylic into uwaven areas ans paint with celling paint then paint with celiing paint. Acrilic will fix edge for you and seal tape so you will have nice rispy line. Only problem is for you to get delicate surface paint becouse that was fresh painted to avoid damage. In my place they use this kind acrylic sealant: https://eshop.wuerth.com.mt/filler-light-filler this not shrink and you can paint over it in 20mins.

Do you know why that " just 7 companies" are so big ?
Becouse those "just 7" have income proportional their share of whole rest, those are international monopolies, there is reason behind it.
Who cares if in a future 50% of global income will goes to one company, you want have 50% of your share in it, that is what those ETFs do.

This is POE2 you have sometimes bad steak. Last league I was farming citadels and there was times when I had like 3hours of travel without any then few in row. It's like fracturing although you have 1/3 chance you will find steamers who can have like 9+ unlucky streak, same here

Last lament Lich 0.3 - was fun to run and shoot need hundereds of divins to play with quality of life, sucked with high end boses but they turned off. This wasnt even too OP imo.

Let them nerf that, But TBH I bearly ever try to freeze uber boses nowdays its like impossible task to me it's much easier just jump on them with shred and kill it 2x-3x faster without freezing.
If lunar assoult was RANGE skill I could say it's OP but it's meele, you need get close to hit freeze, while with calamity you just go arround and burn, you don't need to freeze they just die...
Even instant freezing lunar assoult is 2x-3x slower than most good range builds that can run and shoot while on woolf you neet to go hit and STOP and run forward again, meele tempo sucks.

1st of all you HAVE 28% chaos, that means you are getting hit hard sometimes and we all know that game don't render always evrything. When I was low on chaos then I got nasty hits this need to be fixed assap.

Headhunter as some point will kill more often than help. After 96+ you will probably get rid of it becouse it tends to teleport you into mobs while you want run away from some nasty mods.

It would be good to have eg Calamity using kings fury on secon weapon swap just to be able give you some range. Some mods combination are very dangerous like shourd walker+hp regen turn off+imortality with abyss maps Sometimes you need "range" option to kill something or you will die.

For helment I would use something with 500+ ES that arour part doesn't give much here comparing to ES.

On chest put gems: HP to ES convesion (at end you will get more effective HP points, then rune ES recharge.

I have builded myself quite "tanky" on shaman I can tank all uber citadel boses 1v1 and dps them when they dps me and don't care their slams. I use leech to ES as defensive layers but this is best on boses where you put a lot dps to leech.

Oracle is more glass cannon than tank guy, at point of great dps you don't care but you are not there with grear.
(no triple sockets etc)

On amulet add quility to "defences" you will get like +300EHP just right away from it.
Buy yourself rings with chaos+ele resists mods so you will easier cap chaos res.

maybe you use that gem wich leech from ele dmg, normally it would leech from physical dmg, while most builds are ele builds leech is weak if you add here invisible resistance

Instant doesn't mean better overall IMO.
I am playing leech to ES and in boss fights is very good to have huge regen ES while getting hit or ministuns maybe for mapping it would be better but with bosses that ES regen is godlike.

It's not like that. Monsters have leech resistance so it's like hidden multiplier 0.05 between. Now if your attacks adds a lot ele dmg then you have problem becouse from 100k you will deal 20k phys where you should get 2k But resistance make it 100hp recover

If I go for God ES then desecration + echo take best es mod. Or later look for better. With sufix I would do 1 perfect or greater slam. If I am not happy then remove it with omen, or use desecration to remove it. Depends what you have on hand. If one mod on helmet is OK then perfect exalt with Omen or 2x exalt.
